Last week I was invited to the press evening of the newly launched Let there be crumbs tearoom which opens officially 29th May. It is partnering with Sunderland's Roker Hotel. The new menu includes cakes, sandwiches, breakfasts and ice creams.

Andrew has done an amazing job with the cakes he has created as they not only look good but they taste amazing. My favourite cake of the night was the rocky road, the white chocolate was my favourite. Whatever cake you prefer whether it be a cheesecake, chocolate cake etc Let there be crumbs has you covered, To cater for all your cake needs, the hardest decision is deciding which one to try first.
Trying out cake for a few hours is ideal but then we got a goody bag, perfect way to end a good night.
Inside the goody bag
Strawberry and cream gin (home made)
Rocky Road (we got asked what cake was our favourite to take samples of it home)
I would highly recommend visiting Let there be crumbs as the cakes do taste amazing. I'm not a huge cake person but I really enjoyed these cakes. The cakes are really good value and worth the money. When I saw the prices I was surprised as I expected them to cost a lot more, considering how good they tasted and the quality.
