Lord and Berry: eyeshadow, star dust, lip crayon and blush review

I was kindly sent these products to review*
Lord and Berry are a makeup brands that have all your makeup needs covered. Whether you prefer a natural look or a more dramatic colourful look, there is something for everyone. I had the chance to choose whether I was team neutral or team bold. I chose team bold as I love experimenting with bold colours. When the package arrived I was really surprised at how many products I received. For anyone who has followed me for a while you will know that I love shimmery eyeshadows/glitters on my eyes. So to receive 3 was amazing. In this blog post I will be giving you my opinion on the products aswell as swatches.
Stardust (loose pigmented eyeshadows) A loose pigmented powder eyeshadow. These are buildable. You can create either a sheer wash of colour on the eyelid or layer the colour up for a more dramatic/bold look The best way to apply the stardust eyeshadows is by using a flat eyeshadow brush and press the colour onto your lid. This creates less fal…

Essence: mini makeup review & makeup look

I was kindly sent these products*
Essence is one of my favourite makeup brands on the high street. This is because Essence makeup is affordable and really pigmented. I have reviewed Essence makeup products in the past.
1) Review, swatches and makeup look 2) Review, swatches and makeup look 3) Festival makeup
Rock N Doll mascara Black Since getting this mascara I haven't really used any others since. The brush is a fibre brush to lengthen your lashes. It also creates more volume. I have sensitive eyes and this mascara is really comfortable to wear. It doesn't feel as if you are wearing mascara. I am really impressed with how it separates my lashes aswell as lengthening and volumising. This comes off easily with eye makeup remover. Out of all the mascaras that I have tried from Essence this one is my favourite and the one I reach for the most.
The Metals 02 Frozen Toffee This eyeshadow is really pigmented and easy to apply. Whether you want a natural look or a more dramatic look you …

My 20th Birthday: Makeup, OOTN and pictures from the night

Today I am 20! I feel like 20 is the age where you are now a 'proper' adult. Looking back on my teens I never really achieved and done as much as I hoped. In my 20's I have so many things that I want to achieve and I am determined to achieve them. In this blog post I will be talking about my hair, what makeup I used, ootn and a few pictures of my meal/night out. I went out last Saturday night with the girls. I really enjoyed myself.
Hair Excuse the picture above. I have no makeup on and no filter on the picture. I was debating whether to get my hair extensions put in or not but I decided against it. I wanted my hair curly and plenty of volume. I have a lot of hair but it is thin. My hairdresser done an amazing job of doing my hair and making it look full. I am really happy with the results. I got my hair done at half 1pm and it still looked exactly the same 1.30am in the morning. It also lasted the next day (flat and less curls) but suitable to go out in the following day.…

Eye Care: Ombre duo eyeshadows review

I was kindly sent these products to review
If you have read my blog or followed me for a while you will know that I have sensitive eyes. I struggle with finding the perfect eye products that don't irritate my eyes. When I had the opportunity to review the eye care makeup range from Contact Lenses. I said yes and I picked the eyeshadows as this is the perfect product for me to review. To see if it actually lives up to the claims of being ideal for sensitive eyes. I picked quite neutral shades. I wanted an brown eyeshadow duo as brown eyeshadows goes with most makeup looks. I also wanted more colourful eyeshadow that would be ideal for autumn.
The Eyeshadow duo's The finish of both eyeshadows: luminous The duo's are really silky and soft to touch without crumbling. You can use them either for natural eye look (for a wash of colour on the lid) or build the shades up for a more dramatic/intense look. To create a really quick and easy eye look you can apply the lighter shade on …
