New Years Resolutions
I've never set myself any New Year's Resolutions before as I never stick to them but this year I am hoping to change that. Reflecting back on the last year there are quite a few things I want to change/happen in the New Year.
I am hoping and I will try to stick to these New Years Resolutions.
When I get given uni work to do complete it straight away not leave it a few days before the deadline
This is something I am really bad at leaving things until the last minute. Its not even the fact I don't have enough time to do the task, I always find other things to do instead.
For 2016 I am determined to stick to this resolution the most as it will be the most beneficial to me and make my life a lot easier.
Put my effort fully into uni work
I started uni this September and even though I am only in my first year I want the best possible grades. Therefore even on days when I can't be bothered to do or rush work just to get it out of the way, I'll force myself to put all my effort into the task. That way I know I've done my very best and the hard work will pay off in the end.
To be more confident
Over the past few years my confidence has grown as I used to be really shy. Now I never shut up talking which is the total opposite. Still I sometimes feel like I need to 'fake confidence especially when it comes to public speaking (I hate this the most)
 To be more positive
When it comes to my own ability I tend to be quite negative and I want to change that so I think more positively. Especially when it comes to things I want to achieve. Instead of having the 'I won't achieve that attitude' I want to be more positive 'I can achieve that if I work hard'
To be more sociable/make more friends
Since joining the blogging community I have interacted with so many lovely bloggers. So for 2016 I am hoping to keep being sociable and hopefully attend blogger events in my area (if I am aware of the events happening)
Also to make more friend in general as its nice to interact with new people.
Create more blog content/ more of a variety
My blogging days are a Wednesday and Sunday. I am hoping in the New Year to post maybe 3 times per week depending on my uni schedule.
I love blogging about beauty but I want to create more fashion and lifestyle posts.
To shape up
This I probably won't stick to but something I can hope for. I want to tone my stomach, legs etc. If I don't stick to this I won't be too concerned as I am content with my weight as it is.
Stop overthinking about what's happened in the past/situations
I am really bad at this, I over think things that have already happened even though I know I can't change anything.
Donate more to charity
I am really hoping to donate more to charity e.g RSPCA (and other dog charities in particular)  Animal charities are controversial but you shouldn't feel judged by what charity you pick. Whenever a dog advertisement about dogs being abused e.g I always have to turn the channel over as it's upsetting. To you dog's may not be your whole life but to them you are their life.
Stop caring what other people think about me
I am really bad at this thinking what will people think of me if I do this (e.g blogging I never knew what reaction I would get) So for 2016 I want to do what makes me happy and not care what anybody else thinks. This will probably be the hardest one for me.
These are my 10 New Year's Resolutions. I hope you have enjoyed reading this post. What are your New Years Resolutions? Are you setting yourself any and if you are do you think you will stick to them?

Max Factor: Smooth Miracle Primer and Miracle foundation review

I was kindly sent these products to review
Max Factor is such an iconic brand that has been around for years. I can remember Nana using it and even my Mam. When I got the chance to try out some Max Factor makeup I was really happy (infact I screamed inside) When I opened the package I was really happy with what was inside. The Smooth Miracle Primer and Miracle Touch Foundation. Both products claim to smooth the skin textures. Also, these products are advertised on TV and the models skin looks flawless. Anything that claims to make your skin look flawless and smooth I will try. As you all know I love a flawless, smooth and full coverage base.
Smooth Miracle Primer I 'secretly' hoped that this would have been one of the products in the package, as I really wanted to try it out. So when I saw this product I was thrilled. The bottom picture above is the primer using a small pump and on the right (which you can't see) it is blended out. I applied the primer all over my face and I…

W7 makeup review and swatches

W7 are such an affordable brand with great quality products. They do a wide selection of different products and shades. I kindly got sent these products to review. When my packaged arrived I was really happy to see what was in the box. When I opened my parcel I wasn't disappointed as each of these products look amazing. In this blog post I will be sharing my opinions on the products and swatches. I have previously reviewed W7 products here. In that blog post I reviewed W7 prime and glow illuminating primer, Genius feather light foundation, Kiss me lip plumping gloss and cheeky chap multi blush. W7 do not test on animals.
W7 Powder Puff When I saw this in the box I was really excited as I've wanted to try this for a while. Also it is pink which I love as pink is my favourite colour.
The powder puff is latex free
Before I use this sponge I dampen it as foundation, concealer blends out better when doing so.
To create the flawless finish I bounce the sponge off my skin it also stops y…
