High street makeup, nail varnish and jewellery haul

I haven't done a haul on my blog before and I tend to shop a lot. I have bought these items over the weekend. I never intended to buy any of these it just sort of happened. All of these products that I bought were an impulse buy as I never intended to buy any of these.

Sally Hansen salon insta gel strips
440 Bonus Check
Sally Hansen nail range has really impressed me recently. When I saw this in the shop I knew I had to try it as it seemed different and interesting. What I didn't realise somehow was that you needed a Mini Lampe DEl which I don't have. So instead of using the gel top coat that it comes with I will probably use Sally Hansen Insta-Dri instead to see if that works.
This set contains:
Gel top coat
Gel polish strips
2 nail cleanser pads
Cuticle stick
File
Buffer

Sally Hansen complete salon manicure
844 On the Mango

I have been after a shade like this for ages but couldn't find one anywhere. This is such a pretty shade and I can see myself wearing this a lot especially in the summer time. Sally Hansen rarely do anything wrong when it comes to nail varnishes.

Miss Sporty Check Matte nail varnish
33
I don't own any matte nail varnishes and I've never tried one before,so I decided to get this whilst browsing the makeup etc in Superdrug. Miss Sporty is one of the best and most affordable brands when it comes to nail varnish. I find that they last about a week without chipping and I always get compliments on my nails when I wear them. This is such a pretty pink/rose colour.

Miss Sporty Funtasy nail varnish
42
This caught my eye straight away as I love glitter especially glitter nail varnishes. This nail varnish is ideal for all year round especially the festive period. I have used Miss Sporty nail varnishes in the past and I love them.

Collection Galactica nail varnish
2 Galactic Gold
This is such a unique shade to find on the high street. Normally brands like Chanel etc tend to do colours similar to this. I like the metallic finish that it has and will be ideal for the festive period.

Collection Galactica nail varnish
1 Shooting Star
I own one nail varnish similar to this in colour and it chips really badly. So I have decided to give this one a try and I like metallic nail varnishes.

Trendy Wendy nail files
Nail files are a must for every girl. I tend to carry a nail file with me everywhere I go incase my nails ends up snapping etc. They are just handy to have. Somehow I seem to end up losing them all.

Purple Ivy necklace
This is such a pretty necklace. I like how it is noticeable but not over the top. I don't tend to wear a lot of lilacs but this could go with so many things.

Purple Ivy bracelet
When it comes to bracelets I usually tend to just wear my two Pandora bracelets. I really this one as it is pink and can make any 'dull' outfit more interesting.

Purply Ivy bracelet
This reminded me of the Butler and Wilson statement bracelets as it stands out. I really like this bracelet as it is pink and girly.

NYC Sparkle eye dust
Bronze Shimmer
Shimmery eye shadows are a love or hate and I love them. This is such a pretty bronze shade. When I swatched this I did experience fall out. So when I do decide to use this I will do my eye makeup first so that it doesn't get ruined.

Manhattan Button baby eyeshadow

I have heard quite a bit about this brand especially in America. What attracted me to this was the orange shade as I don't own anything similar. The nude shimmery shade is also really pretty. I can see myself using this quite a lot as it is a good neutrals quad with a pop of colour.

NYC Liquid lipshine
Wine n Dine
I am addicted to lip products and I love buying them even though I own quite a few. This is such a nice shade especially for the winter. This will be ideal paired with a berry lip liner underneath.

Pepsi lip balm
Wild Cherry
I saw this in the shop and knew I had to buy it as I'm addicted to fizzy pop. Cherry coke is my favourite so when I saw this even though it is Pepsi I knew I had to try it

Have you tried any of these products before and what do you think of them? Does anyone else buy things without intending to buy anything at all?

Everything 5 pounds lookbook

Everything 5 pounds is an online retailer that sell clothes, shoes, jackets etc all for £5. There are so many choices on the website to pick from. I was given the opportunity to pick 9 items from the website to feature on my blog. With that I've decided to create a lookbook of all of the clothes. I am really happy with them all and ideal to dress either up or down. I decided to pick 7 dresses as they are mainly what I wear and are really versatile. Shoe wise I went with a classic black pair of heels and a black wedge.
For Reference I am 5ft 4 so the length of the dresses will differ on you depending on your height. All the dresses that I ordered are a size 8. All of the dresses are true to size and accurate. Same with the shoes they are true to size.
All the clothes in this post should still be available to buy online. The clothes on Everything 5 pounds tend to go out of stock quickly.

Max Factor: Smooth Miracle Primer and Miracle foundation review

I was kindly sent these products to review
Max Factor is such an iconic brand that has been around for years. I can remember Nana using it and even my Mam. When I got the chance to try out some Max Factor makeup I was really happy (infact I screamed inside) When I opened the package I was really happy with what was inside. The Smooth Miracle Primer and Miracle Touch Foundation. Both products claim to smooth the skin textures. Also, these products are advertised on TV and the models skin looks flawless. Anything that claims to make your skin look flawless and smooth I will try. As you all know I love a flawless, smooth and full coverage base.
Smooth Miracle Primer I 'secretly' hoped that this would have been one of the products in the package, as I really wanted to try it out. So when I saw this product I was thrilled. The bottom picture above is the primer using a small pump and on the right (which you can't see) it is blended out. I applied the primer all over my face and I…
