My everyday makeup routine/long lasting makeup

These are the makeup products I use everyday for long lasting makeup that stays put. It takes me around 30-45 minutes each day to apply my makeup in the morning. This may sound like a lot of time but for me it isn't. I do wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis and to some people this might be 'evening makeup' as I use a lot of products.

Face
Smashbox Photo finish primer: This creates a good base to apply concealer, foundation etc on top and makes your makeup last longer.
MUA Pro base peach: This is a good under eye corrector for dark circles, as it counteracts the darkness under your eyes to make the dark circles appear diminished
Estee Lauder high cover concealer: Covers dark circles and any blemishes
Concealer palette: I use the lighter shades to highlight under my eyes and the darker brown shades to contour my nose etc.
Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation: Good medium/full coverage foundation that hides redness etc
Estee Lauder chick to cheek: I use this powder under my eyes as it isn't heavy, doesn't crease or look cakey
Estee Lauder stay in place powder makeup: This is actually a powder foundation but I use it as an all over face powder. It adds slightly more coverage and sets everything in place
Urban Decay de slick mattifying powder: I use this on the t-zone so I don't get oily throughout the day. It is also good for touching up your makeup throughout the day without looking cakey
Laval salon bronzing powder: This is the perfect shade for adding colour to the face. I apply this on the temples, under my jaw line and on my cheeks
Benefit Hoola: I use this to contour the hollows of my cheeks, the sides of my nose etc
Benefit Dallas: This is my favourite blusher of all time. I use this blusher whenever I wear makeup as it goes with everything

Eyes
Essence eyeshadow base: Skin tone shade that keeps your eyeshadow on for longer
Maybelline 24 hour colour tattoo: Even though it's pink once blended out on the eyes it doesn't look pink at all. It is good as it keeps the eyeshadow in place without creasing
Natural collection eyeshadow: I use this is in the inner part of my eyelid to make the area appear brighter
Loreal eyeshadow: I use this on the outer part of my eyelid
Urban Decay eyeshadow: I use this colour in the crease and blend it up. I do this because my eyelids are hooded and the colour wouldn't be as obvious with my eyes open.
Le Volume De Chanel: Always repurchase this mascara as it adds volume and length. My eyes are quite sensitive and this doesn't cause any irritation
Sleek contour kit: I hate shine on my face. I use the highlight shade to highlight my brow bone and tear duct area. This makes my eyes appear brighter and more awake
Maybelline 24 hour gel eyeliner: I use this eye liner in my waterline and it doesn't budge, smudge or face in colour throughout the day. This doesn't cause my eyes any irritation

Lips:
Rimmel lip liner: This is a good basic lip liner that will go with a variety of different lipstick shades. It doesn't cause my lips to dry, it is moisturising and doesn't drag when applying it on the lips
YSL Glossy stain: This is a good neutral tone brown shade. YSL Glossy stains are one of my favourite lip product formulas as they are long lasting and last well throughout the day on the lips

Setting spray
Urban Decay all night setting spray: I apply two sprays of this and it keeps my makeup on all day and keeps it looking fresh

This is generally my overall everyday makeup routine the only things that could change is eyeshadow and lip colour depending on what I'm wearing that day.

Everything 5 pounds lookbook

Everything 5 pounds is an online retailer that sell clothes, shoes, jackets etc all for £5. There are so many choices on the website to pick from. I was given the opportunity to pick 9 items from the website to feature on my blog. With that I've decided to create a lookbook of all of the clothes. I am really happy with them all and ideal to dress either up or down. I decided to pick 7 dresses as they are mainly what I wear and are really versatile. Shoe wise I went with a classic black pair of heels and a black wedge.
For Reference I am 5ft 4 so the length of the dresses will differ on you depending on your height. All the dresses that I ordered are a size 8. All of the dresses are true to size and accurate. Same with the shoes they are true to size.
All the clothes in this post should still be available to buy online. The clothes on Everything 5 pounds tend to go out of stock quickly.
3/4 Sleeve Textured Dress This is one of my favourite dresses that I picked as I love the colour, s…

Max Factor: Smooth Miracle Primer and Miracle foundation review

I was kindly sent these products to review
Max Factor is such an iconic brand that has been around for years. I can remember Nana using it and even my Mam. When I got the chance to try out some Max Factor makeup I was really happy (infact I screamed inside) When I opened the package I was really happy with what was inside. The Smooth Miracle Primer and Miracle Touch Foundation. Both products claim to smooth the skin textures. Also, these products are advertised on TV and the models skin looks flawless. Anything that claims to make your skin look flawless and smooth I will try. As you all know I love a flawless, smooth and full coverage base.
Smooth Miracle Primer I 'secretly' hoped that this would have been one of the products in the package, as I really wanted to try it out. So when I saw this product I was thrilled. The bottom picture above is the primer using a small pump and on the right (which you can't see) it is blended out. I applied the primer all over my face and I…
